Delivery
Once ordered ink kits will be sent out within 1-2 working days by first class Royal Mail post
After I have received the hand/foot prints by email 5 - 10 working days to received finished print by first class Royal Mail post.
Frequently asked questions
How will I know how to use the ink kit?
All instructions are included in the ink kit or you can refer to the how to on page to watch our video of the ink kit process.
What if I change my mind on my personalisation?
You have up until confirming your draft design to change your mind on personalisation, after this you can not make any changes.
Can I pay more to receive for express turnaround?
Yes you can however there is a £5 charge, for this please fill out the bespoke order form and will only be guaranteed once I have confirmed.
I already have prints previously taken can I use them?
Yes you can use prints you already have. There is an option on each print to order without the ink kit.
This includes prints created of loved ones that have passed away to create an everlasting memory. As I only need photos of the each hand/foot print, I will not need the precious originals.
Are the ink wipes safe for babies?
Yes the ink kits are non toxic and completely safe for babies and pets.
Foil Print Information
Please be aware that foil prints are slightly imperfect. With each print being bespoke and handmade in some instances you may find small black speckles within the foil unavoidably, however this really does adds to the beauty and uniqueness of the print.
My order has not arrived
Firstly, sorry it hasn't arrived! The courier we use (Royal Mail) advise 1-2 working days for first class post however this of course does not take into consideration any strike days, Bank Holidays or seasonal periods where they are extremely busy.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from the date of dispatch (as per Royal Mail guidelines), please get in touch via email and we can discuss this issue further.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for personalised items. Personalised items are non-returnable (unless faulty/defective) due to the item being specially made for you with your personalised options.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method and should appear on your statement within 1-5 working days.
We package our orders with care and attention, to arrive with you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your order or an item is faulty/defective, please email with us with an image of the item and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
